Your right to cancel
You are buying from Padelviro, a trading name of Bfp Swiss Sàrl, Rue du Puits du Géant 1a, 1950 Sion, Switzerland (company identification number CHE-433.557.926). As a consumer in the United Kingdom, you are protected by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This page explains that right in full.
14 days to change your mind
You may cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day after you — or someone you name, other than the carrier — receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, they start on the day after you receive the last one. You can also cancel before your order arrives.
How to cancel
Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel, before the 14 days are up:
- by email to help@padelviro.com, or
- by post to Bfp Swiss Sàrl, Rue du Puits du Géant 1a, 1950 Sion, Switzerland.
Any clear statement is enough; you may use the model form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to. Please include your order number. If you email us, we will acknowledge your cancellation by email.
Sending the goods back
Send the goods back without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days after the day you told us you are cancelling. The deadline is met if you post them before the 14 days are up. When you cancel, we email you the return address to use. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods.
You may handle the goods as you would in a shop to examine them, but you are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling them beyond that.
Your refund
We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery — but not the extra cost if you chose a delivery option more expensive than our cheapest standard option. We may deduct an amount for any loss in value caused by excessive handling, as explained above.
We refund you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or after you show us proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. If you cancel before the goods have been dispatched, we refund you within 14 days of your cancellation. We use the payment method you used for the order, and the refund costs you nothing.
When the right to cancel does not apply
Under regulation 28(1) of the 2013 Regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to:
- Items made to your specification or clearly personalised (regulation 28(1)(b)). We do not currently sell such items. If we ever do, the product page will say so clearly before you order, and this exclusion will apply only to those items.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, once they have been unsealed after delivery (regulation 28(1)(c)). This applies to items worn next to the skin or held in the hand that are delivered in sealed or protective packaging, once that packaging has been opened — for example grips and overgrips that have been unwrapped, socks, and technical underwear. These exclusions do not apply if the item is faulty, not as described or damaged in transit.
If your order contains both excluded and non-excluded items, you can still cancel the non-excluded items.
None of these exclusions applies if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described: you then keep all your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — see our Refund policy.
Our 30-day returns policy
Separately from this legal right, and going beyond it, we accept returns of unused items in their original condition for 30 days from delivery. The conditions are on our Refund policy page. This commercial policy adds to your statutory rights; it never replaces them.
