Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on padelviro.com. Please read them before you order. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer — where these terms and the law differ, the law wins.

1. Who you are buying from
Bfp Swiss Sàrl, trading as Padelviro, a limited liability company registered in Switzerland (company identification number CHE-433.557.926), Rue du Puits du Géant 1a, 1950 Sion, Switzerland. Email: help@padelviro.com.

2. Who we sell to
We sell to consumers aged 18 or over, for delivery to an address in the United Kingdom. We do not sell for resale.

3. Our products
We describe and photograph every item as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly from one screen to another. Sizes, dimensions and, for rackets, weight, balance and shape are given on each product page: please check them, and the size guide, before ordering.

4. Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are added at checkout and shown before you pay. Your order is charged at the price displayed when you placed it. If a price is obviously wrong — a mistake you could reasonably have spotted — we will tell you and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Placing your order
The contract is in English. Adding an item to your basket is not an order. When you complete checkout you make an offer to buy, and the contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order. If, after that, an item turns out to be unavailable or we cannot fulfil your order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

6. Items made to order
We do not currently sell personalised or made-to-order items. If we ever do, the product page will say so clearly before you order. Because such an item is made for you alone, the statutory right to cancel would not apply to it (see section 9); if it is faulty, your rights under section 10 apply in full.

7. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order through a secure payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

8. Delivery
We deliver to the address you give at checkout, in the United Kingdom only. Charges and estimated delivery times are on our Shipping policy page and at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates, and we do not agree to deliver by a particular date unless we confirm it to you in writing for your order. Unless agreed otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed; if we do not, you may cancel and receive a full refund. The goods are at your risk from the time they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated, and they become yours once we have received full payment.

9. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This right does not apply to sealed items which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health-protection reasons once unsealed, nor to items made to your specification if we ever sell any. How to cancel, and the exceptions in full, are on our Right to cancel page. Our Refund policy explains our additional returns policy. Both pages form part of these terms.

10. If something is wrong with your order
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not:

  • within 30 days of delivery, you may reject them and receive a full refund;
  • within 6 months of delivery, if you prefer or once the 30 days have passed, you may ask for a repair or replacement; if that is impossible or fails, you are entitled to a refund or a price reduction;
  • after 6 months, you may still have rights, but you may be asked to show that the fault was present at delivery.

These rights apply to every item, including hygiene items, and rackets whether or not they have been played with. If you receive a faulty, damaged or wrong item, email us with your order number and a photo; we pay the return postage. This is a summary of your rights; for full information, visit Citizens Advice at citizensadvice.org.uk.

11. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, nor for business losses, since we sell for private use only. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your statutory rights, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

12. Events outside our control
If something beyond our reasonable control — such as a strike, severe weather or a carrier failure — delays or prevents delivery, we will tell you as soon as possible and take steps to limit the delay. If the delay is substantial, you may cancel and receive a refund for anything you have paid for but not received.

13. Complaints
If you are unhappy, email help@padelviro.com with your order number. We aim to reply within one working day and to resolve every complaint within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it, you can get free advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) or, in Scotland, Advice Direct Scotland (consumeradvice.scot).

14. Your personal data
We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy policy.

15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

16. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you may bring proceedings in Scotland, and Scots law applies; if you live in Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and Northern Irish law applies. In every case you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the part of the UK where you live.
