Shipping policy
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or outside the UK.
Delivery charges and times
- Free Royal Mail delivery — 7 to 9 working days — £0.00
- Priority delivery — 5 to 7 working days — £2.90
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday) and every parcel is tracked: you receive the tracking number by e-mail.
The delivery charge is shown in your order summary before you pay. Delivery times are estimates, counted in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) from the day your order is dispatched, not from the day you place it.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. If your order is sent in more than one parcel, you receive a tracking number for each.
If your parcel is late
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, email us at help@padelviro.com with your order number. We open an enquiry with the carrier and tell you what happens next. If we have not delivered within 30 days of your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check the delivery address carefully at checkout — especially when sending an order directly to someone else. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we refund the goods or send them again at your request, with a new delivery charge. The original delivery charge is not refunded.
Damaged, missing or wrong items
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it, ideally before opening it, and email us within 14 days. If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours and your safe place first, then tell us within 14 days and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. If an item is faulty or wrong, we replace or refund it and pay the return postage — see our Refund policy.
