Charges and delivery times

• Free Royal Mail delivery — 7 to 9 working days — £0.00
• Priority delivery — 5 to 7 working days — £2.90

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday) and every parcel is tracked: you receive the tracking number by e-mail.

The delivery charge is shown before you pay. Delivery times are estimates in working days, counted from dispatch.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Late, damaged or missing parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, email help@padelviro.com with your order number (and a photo if damaged) within 14 days. We chase the carrier and, where needed, replace or refund. If we have not delivered within 30 days of your order, you may cancel for a full refund.

Address

Please check the delivery address carefully, especially when sending an order directly to someone else. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, the original delivery charge is not refunded.
