What we sell, and to whom
We sell padel equipment and accessories. We sell only to consumers in the United Kingdom. Prices are shown in pounds sterling, and the total, delivery included, is shown before you pay.
Although our company is established in Switzerland, your purchases are governed by UK consumer law and you keep every right it gives you.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday) and every parcel is tracked. Standard delivery is free and takes 7 to 9 working days; priority delivery costs £2.90 and takes 5 to 7 working days. Times are counted in working days from dispatch. Returns
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery under UK law, and you have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item you have changed your mind about. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are refunded or replaced and we pay the return postage. Full details are in our Returns and refunds policy and on the Right to cancel page.
